現今每一企業的新產品開發流程中充滿了許多設計與品質上的問題。為了使新產品開發流程更順暢,因此本研究建構一設計品質保證(Design Quality Assurance, DQA)流程並以3C產業塑膠機構件為例,同時定義其每階段細部之工作項目與設計準則等來進行品質管控。在流程驗證部分,是藉由專家於實務界豐富之經驗與其專業知識,以深度訪談法進行驗證;在訪談後得到專家們的認同本研究所建構之DQA流程能有效縮短產品開發時程與提升產品設計之品質並證明此流程之精神、可行性、邏輯性與實用性是具有一定的水準,可供塑膠機構件產業導入應用。
There are many design and quality issues in new product development process of every business. In order to have a smoother new product development process, this research proposes a design quality assurance (DQA) process that is suitable for plastic mechanical parts of 3C industries. The details of the activities and the criteria for each design stage are clearly defined so that the design quality could be well controlled. Furthermore, experienced experts are in-depth interviewed for verification of the DQA process. The recognition by the experts proves that shorten the product development time and improve the quality of the new product developed and the concept is effective, logical and practical, and the proposed DQA process could be implemented efficiently in plastic mechanical parts industry.
