微成型碟式螺盤塑化方式對於成品機械性質影響之研究

摘要


摘 要 隨著時代進步,輕薄短小的產品,已成目前市場上的主流。在射出成型界,在因應這類微小化的產品,如何能達到其精密、準確又良品率高的成型技術,成了現今最熱門的課題。因此,要怎麼去選適合的機台來進行微成型的射出,就顯得至關重要,本研究就是針對碟式螺盤微射出機與不同塑料,在成型時所產生塑化能力與對產品強度的影響,做為研究分析的主題。 論文中主要針對碟式螺盤系統的微射出機在不同的轉速,配合不同塑料在不同的料溫,對進行機械性質與最大射壓影響進行研究與探討,從實驗結果顯示影響塑料的最大射壓主要在於料溫,轉速的快慢還是要取決於塑料熔融狀態,若能掌握其塑料的料溫,則轉速的快慢,對其最大射壓影響不大,機械性質也能控制在一定的範圍內。 從本研究中可以清楚的了碟式螺盤微射出機,其螺盤轉速對其機機械性質的強度,影響明顯比傳統成型機來的小,主要在於蝶式螺盤微成型的結構,主要是依賴外部加熱(80%),其次才是螺盤混煉剪切加熱(20%),故發現料溫對最大射壓的影響遠高於轉速,這是其特點。 將來針對特殊需求的塑料成品,可藉由此特點,來加以應用,以彌補傳統成型機的不足,並可做為後續產品開發與設計的依據,有助於降低成本與提升良率。

Summary The downsizing has become a trend of many devices that including the medical device, wearable device, electrical device and consumer device. Therefore, a high accuracy micro injection molding machine will be an essential equipment to achieve a success micro injection molding. In this study, the rotation speed of the disc screw and the melt temperature are applied to understand the effects on tensile strength and injection pressure of the disc screw micro injection molding machine. Also the resins have one crystalline plastic- PP and two amorphous plastics- ABS and PS. The results showed that the melt temperature has more the effect on the injection pressure than disc screw rotation speed. The disc screw rotation speed will affect the tensile strength when the melt temperature has arrived a higher temperature. Besides, the disc screw rotation speed has less effect on tensile strength than a regular screw in an injection molding machine. The different machine design principle and structure own the different injection molding property that has been revealed in this study. Thanks to the machine design that there are 80% heat source from the heater and 20% heat source from the shear heating during melting stage. The melt temperature has the largest effect on the injection pressure. From this study, the results shown the disc screw micro injection molding machine has different injection molding property. The tensile strength will be controlled by the disc screw rotation speed and increased by the rotation speed. Hope this study will lead to a better understands to this disc screw injection molding machine and contribute to injection molding industry.
