本研究旨在探討桃園市警察人員身心健康、復原力與工作滿意度關係之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及中介效果,並瞭解三者間的因果關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以106年度桃園市政府警察局的警察人員人數2937名10、11序列基層警員及巡佐為本研究母群體,使用「分層比例便利抽樣」、「隨機叢集抽樣」,抽取600位警察人員為研究樣本,以自編之「桃園市政府警察局警察人員身心健康、復原力與工作滿意度關係問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、平均數分析、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、結構方程模式等統計方法進行資料分析。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市政府警察人員身心健康、復原力與工作滿意度關係之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之警察人員對身心健康、復原力與工作滿意度有所差異。 三、身心健康與復原力、身心健康與工作滿意度及復原力與工作滿意度均呈現高度正相關。 四、警察人員身心健康、復原力與工作滿意度關係間具有影響關係,復原力是警察人員身心健康與工作滿意度的中介變項。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the physical and mental health, resilience, and job satisfaction of police personnel in Taoyuan City, analyze the differences, correlations, and mediating effects of different background variables, and to understand the causality among the three. The research method adopted in this study was a questionnaire survey. The number of police officers in the Taoyuan City Police Department in 2006 was 2,937. The 10th and 11th-level grass-roots officers and patrols were used as the parent population of this study. "Random Cluster Sampling." A sample of 600 police officers was selected for the study. A self-designed "Personal Physical Health, Resilience, and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire for Police People in Taoyuan City Government Police Station" was used as a research tool to conduct investigations. Data processing was analyzed by descriptive statistics, average number analysis, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson's product-difference correlation, structural equation model, and other statistical methods. The results of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The status of physical and mental health, resilience, and job satisfaction of police officers of the Taoyuan City Government is good. 2. There are differences in physical and mental health, resilience and job satisfaction between police officers from different background variables. 3. There is a positive correlation between physical and mental health and resilience, physical and mental health and job satisfaction, resilience and job satisfaction. 4. there is an influential relationship between physical and mental health, resilience, and job satisfaction of police officers. Resilience is an intermediate variable for the physical and mental health of police officers and job satisfaction.
