本文將以運算轉導放大器(Operational Transconductance Aplifier,OTA)及電容器(Capacitance)為主動元件,設計一電流式(OTA-C)二階濾波電路,並使用H-SPICE模擬軟體搭配TSMC0.35μm製程參數,對電路進行模擬與分析。 本文電路模擬操作頻率均使用高頻1MHz,來驗證理論值及模擬值是否相近。
In this thesis, we utilize OTA(Operational Transconductance Amplifier) and Capacitance as pro-active component to design a Current mode Second-Order Filter circuit. We Simulation and Analysis this circuit by using the H-SPICE simulation software with TSMC0.35μm Process parameters. In this thesis, we all use high frequency band 1MHz to operated the circuit simulation and verify wheather the theoretical values and Hypothesis values are similar or not .
