含4-胺基吡啶與苯二甲酸配位基之配位高分子的合成、結構與特性研究

摘要


一系列含4-胺基吡啶 (4-ampy)與苯二甲酸配位基的鈷,鎳與銅之錯合物已藉由水熱反應合成: {[Ni(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · H2O ·CH3CH2OH}n (1,4-H2BDC = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), 1, {[Ni2(4-ampy)4(1,3-BDC)2] · H2O ·CH3CH2OH}n (1,3-H2BDC = benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid), 2, [Ni2(4-ampy)4(1,2-BDC)2] (1,2-H2BDC = benzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid), 3, {[Co(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · H2O ·CH3CH2OH}n, 4, {[Co(4-ampy)2(1,3-BDC)]}n, 5, [Co2(4-ampy)4(1,2-BDC)2], 6, {[Cu(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · CH3CH2OH}n, 7a, {[Cu(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · 3H2O}n, 7b。這些化合物藉由單晶X-ray繞射儀來鑑定其結構,更進一步利用元素分析儀、粉末X-ray繞射儀、熱重分析儀來研究化合物的特性。其中化合物1在氮氣吸附的結果較其他化合物明顯。化合物7a與7b表現出cis和trans構型間的轉換,且對於溶劑具有選擇性。 化合物1和4是利用π---π作用力形成1D→2D的結構。化合物2、5、7a和7b是透過氫鍵作用力形成1D→2D的結構。化合物3和6是利用π---π作用力以及氫鍵作用力形成0D→2D的結構。

A series of Co(II), Ni(II) and Cu(II) coordination polymers containing 4-aminopyridine (4-ampy) and benzenedicarboxylate ligands, {[Ni(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · H2O ·CH3CH2OH}n (1,4-H2BDC = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), 1, {[Ni2(4-ampy)4(1,3-BDC)2] · H2O · CH3CH2OH}n (1,3-H2BDC = benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid), 2, [Ni2(4-ampy)4(1,2-BDC)2] (1,2-H2BDC = benzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid), 3, {[Co(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · H2O ·CH3CH2OH}n, 4, {[Co(4-ampy)2(1,3-BDC)]}n, 5, [Co2(4-ampy)4(1,2-BDC)2], 6, {[Cu(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · CH3CH2OH}n, 7a, {[Cu(4-ampy)2(1,4-BDC)] · 3H2O}n, 7b, are reported, which were prepared by hydrothermal reactions. Their structures were determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, powder X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric analysis. Complexes 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 show N2 gas sorption properties. Among them, complex 1 exhibits better gas sorption. Cis and trans isomerization was observed in complexes 7a and 7b, which is also solvent-dependent. Complexes 1 and 4 are 1D → 2D structures derived from the π---π stacking interaction. Complexes 2, 5, 7a and 7b are 1D → 2D structures derived from the hydrogen bonds. Complexes 3 and 6 are 0D → 2D structures derived from both the π---π stacking interaction and the hydrogen bond.
