模具設計變更之引導流程的架構與管控

摘要


現今消費性電子產品的種類繁多,使得產品生命週期縮短,而在整個產品生命週期中,無論是開發中或已經量產的產品都可能有設計變更的需求,想降低產品設計的時程與提高效率來滿足顧客,但缺乏即時得到設變資訊以及有效的方法來管理設變知識,讓設計者方便且明確獲取產品的設計經驗,因此有效的管控與設變導向之模具設計,將成為本研究的重點。 本研究主要以CAD軟體Creo Parametric 2.0視窗下的瀏覽器為架構,開發出一套具知識化的模具設計變更管控系統,藉由程式設計與資料庫的結合,減少研發人員設計變更的複雜性,提升資料搜集、儲存、分類、追蹤、管理的效率,利用樹狀式結構管理設計變更對模型的影響,並判斷模型關係階層來流程化設計變更對模型所做的修改,讓設計者快速得知不同設計變更的版序,及對應的組件與零件資訊,提高設計變更的即時性和有效性。而在CAD檔的管控方面,為了避免新舊版本零件互相覆蓋,以抓取版本序的方式建立資料夾,並儲存完整模具,且記錄每一項目的修改內容和版本狀況來組織成樹狀結構,最後以一個設計變更知識庫,記錄每次設計變更資訊並提供專案相關人員進行檢閱,做為日後發生設計變更時的參考。

Today's various consumer electronics products makes the product life cycle shorter. Throughout the product life cycle, design changes may happen in developing stage or for the product have been manufactured. To reduce product design time and improve efficiency is the main purpose of this study, but now the designers lack immediate access to change information and effective ways to manage these knowledge. Thus, this study focus on making designers easy and clear access to product design experience by controlling and managing the knowledge of the mold design. This study is based on the browser of CAD software Creo Parametric 2.0 and developed a knowledge-based mold design change control system. By combining the design programming and database, the complexity of R & D design change is reduced. Also it enhance the efficiency of data collection, storage, classification, tracking and management. Using tree structure to manage the influences of design changes on the model, and to determine the relationship between the parts. The changes display in graphical models, so that designer can know different design changes by orders, and corresponding component information. In order to avoid the coverage of old and new CAD file, this study create a folder according to the order of version and save the complete mold design. The system records every modification to organize the tree structure and finally it becomes a knowledge database of design change, which can provide the relevant personnel to review as reference.
