金屬冲壓模具有大量生產、品質穩定及產品價格較為低廉等特性是為標準化生產的工具。在這競爭激烈的微利時代各模具工廠從產品初始造型、模具設計、模具製程規劃到設計之產品輸出,所有的開發專案必須在既定的時間內完成才能符合客戶之要求。但現在的模具工廠,所面臨的問題在於模具生產管制和排程規劃的專業性知識不足,常導致延遲交貨或因模具管控欠缺規劃造成模具未能依客戶所需求的時間如期完成,無法達到既定之目標,這對客戶或急於生產之工廠帶來無比的困擾。本文研究係利用國際標準ISO 9000品質管理系統之過程導向管理模式,實際執行在企業的模具管理流程上,運用此管理模式讓組織得以從客戶產品雛型的建立、樣品製作、模具物料採購、模具製造到最終的模具完成,本研究係以筆者所從事的金屬冲壓工廠為主要研究對象,運用稽核訪談之方式,給予現行管理者或技術人員對於模具管理知識之建議,利用此品質管理系統模式用以協助組織在模具製作過程中,增進工作效率,並可提昇開模績效達到所要求之目標。
Metal stamping mold produces productions which are in a large amount; quality stability and product cost are comparatively low that is the tool which standardizes production. In the keen competition and low profit times, all new product developing projects needs to be in accordance with customer’s demand within set time, from products initial model, mold design, mold planning, design output. However, current mold factories have some problem in product line control, planning, deficiency of professional knowledge to produce, often result in deferring delivery or causing the unachieved developing stage of the mold. Unable to reach the set goal, this brings in incomparable puzzlement to the factory and the customer eager to make production. By means of the process of ISO 9000 quality management system to carry out on the procedure of Mold and Die enterprises into customer products early setting-up, mock-up produce, mold materials purchasing, mold and die manufacturing. In this study use audit and interview with organization supervisor for mold suggest. During production developing stage, which research on Stamping quality, to enhance organization having good process on production developing stage.
