室內端景之設計研究

摘要

端景（Terminal Views）對於室內設計而言，就如同人身上的衣著、臉上妝容、裝飾物，藉以強化自己的滿足感，及吸引他人的注意力。對於室內設計，其目的同樣在於創造視覺焦點、提升吸引力、注目性及認同感。此外，端景應用的種類、屬性，多少反映業主及使用者的喜好、文化、宗教以及個人特質。為探討室內端景之適切應用，本研究首先從相關研究與不同尺度的端景應用之文獻資料，歸納其設計原則及理論架構。其次，將此架構套用於不同室內空間中，試圖提出不同端景組合之變化方案，且進行分析及論述。據此，得到以下結論：（一）空間中每一視覺主要方向，以及動線交集處皆可設置端景，（二）透過端景設計的方式，可更具體考量每一位使用者與設計者的視覺目光，（三）為更清楚室內端景設計之特點，本研究提出端景設計考量層面及應用過程，以供檢視與參考。

Terminal View are, what interior design is concerned like garment on our bodies or make up on our faces, in other words like decorative items used in order to enhance our sense of satisfaction as well as attracting other persons attention. As for interior design, its purpose likewise lies in creating visual focus points, enhancing attraction, attention as well as a sense of agreement. Furthermore, the types and categories of the Terminal View applied will, to some extent, reflect the client’s and the users’ idiosyncrasies in terms of personal likings, culture, religion and individual character. In order to deliberate about optimized application of Terminal View in the area of interior design, this research first focused on deriving design principles and a theoretical framework form the study of related research and reference materials regarding Terminal Views applications of various in scopes. As a next step, the author applied this framework to different indoor spaces, attempting to come up with a variety of options using different Terminal View combinations and then performing an analysis and undergoing discussion. Based on this, this study arrived at the following conclusions: (1) one can place a Terminal View any major direction of view within a given space as well as at the intersection of lines of movement. (2) With the use of Terminal View designs one can bring even more concretely each users’ and designers’ visual perception s into consideration. (3) In order to further clarify the characteristics of indoor Terminal View design, this research provides levels of considerations and application processes regarding Terminal View design for use as reference and review.
