多樣性2-羥基烷酸之不對稱合成的開發研究 : (R)-2-羥基十八烷酸之合成

摘要


2-羥基烷酸結構(α-hydroxy acid)及其衍生物被廣泛應用於掌性化學和藥物等方面的研究開發;所以此類型結構的相關衍生物就具有相當高的經濟價值和重要性。 使用D-木糖當作起始物,利用掌性池塘的不對稱合成方法,快速建立主架構,經由Wittig 試劑建立末端具有雙鍵化合物;並使用GrubbsⅡ試劑引進所需長碳鏈,並根據以往實驗室的結果;將其缺點加以改進。本篇主要合成具有2-羥基的單元體,經13步得到目標物2-羥基烷酸結構。

2-hydroxy acid structure (α-hydroxy acid) and its derivatives are widely used in palm chemistry and drug research and development; so the structure of this type of derivative has a very high economic value and importance. The use of D-xylose as a starting material, the use of asymmetric synthesis of palm pond method, the rapid establishment of the main structure, through the Wittig reagent to establish a terminal with double bond compounds; and the use of Grubbs Ⅱ reagents to introduce the required long carbon chain, The results of the laboratory; to improve its shortcomings. In this paper, a unit having a 2-hydroxyl group is mainly synthesized, and the target 2-hydroxyalkanoic acid structure
