摘要


本論文以L-(+)-酒石酸二甲酯為起始物與開拓一條簡易且有效率的方法,一 方面也可改善先前再現性與副反應的問題,可製備多樣性之光學純的2-羥基脂 肪酸。而我們也以此方法,完成2-羥基十八烷酸衍生物TA-11 的不對稱合成。 在此,以化學選擇性(chemoselective)的醣苷化反應(glycosylation)及[1+1+2] 的策略,已將四個建構單完體完成組合,得到NGLF-1 和NGLF-1(9-OMe)。

In this paper, the use of L - (+) - dimethyl tartrate as a starting material and the development of a simple and efficient method, on the one hand can also improve the previous reproducibility and side effects of the problem can be prepared by the diversity of optical pure 2 - hydroxy fatty acids. And we also use this method to complete the 2-hydroxy octadecanoic acid derivative TA-11 asymmetric synthesis. In this case, the four constructs were synthesized by chemically selective glycosylation and [1 + 1 + 2], and NGLF-1 and NGLF-1 (9- OMe).
