奈米陣列氧化鋁之光學特性研究

摘要


本文利用光激螢光與時間鑑別光激螢光量測系統對孔洞型氧化鋁做光學上特性的研究。其中包含了低溫下針對不同發光能量位置量測其載子生命期,在此我們觀察到在主峰處有侷域化的現象。此外由變溫光激螢光強度變化與變溫時間鑑別光激螢光光譜,可以得到載子的活化能、載子生命期等資訊;我們並且使用傅氏轉換紅外線光譜了解樣品本身內部分子的結構,基於以上量測得到的資訊,我們認為此孔洞氧化鋁的藍光螢光來源是來自於F+中心型態(氧空缺且捕捉一個電子)與電解液中草酸解離形成的碳氧鍵所造成。最後我們研究孔洞氧化鋁在經過熱退火處理後螢光光譜上的變化,這些實驗更加證實了孔洞氧化鋁在藍光處的螢光機制。

We have investigated the photoluminescence (PL) and time-resolved photoluminescence (TRPL) from anodic aluminum oxide with nanopore arrays. The PL can be fitted by Gaussian lineshapes in the blue spectral range. The PL spectral analysis reveals that the two blue PL bands originate from the F+ centers (oxygen vacancy with one electron) and the carboxylic impurities. From the analysis of the energy-dependent carrier lifetime, we observed the carrier localization of the F+ centers. The temperature dependence of the PL intensity and PL lifetime has been explained by the carrier localization of radiative recombination. In addition, with the increase of the annealing temperature the PL intensity increases first, then decreases, and a blue-shift is found. Our experimental results improve the understanding of blue-emitting properties of anodic aluminum oxide with nanopore arrays.
