北埔文化創意產業視覺設計規劃創作

摘要


文化創意產業是一個新的思惟方式,透過文化的淬鍊與經驗的累積,文化與產業本是一體的,呈現出來的即是我們的生活,保持當地的文化特色與傳統文化,讓它成為鄉鎮地區創造當地產業附加價值的有效方法。客家文化是客家族群在生活中所保存下來的結晶,也是生活的創造。對於「產業文化化.文化產業化」,在客家文化的推動有著相當大的意涵。 「文化創意產業」為「挑戰2008國家重點發展計劃」中的一項,文化產品的價值力在他能誘發符號的共鳴效果,因此文化的可辨性、創意、與符號知識的擁有,便成為文化產業的重要資產。 本創作以北埔聚落之視覺圖像記號為創作主題表現,以作為北埔文化創意產業之重要依據。收集學理資料進行文獻回顧,以了解當地文化資產、文化產業的發展現況,做更深入的探討,以建立北埔文化產業、發展文化特色、視覺設計之重要參考。 在創作的方面,以「行政事務」、「產業文化」、「環境文化」為對象設計出一套適用於北埔的視覺形象規劃,將北埔的特色與文化凸顯出來。期許能對當地的產業有所助益,並且傳揚「客家.北埔」文化,豎立地方文化觀光形象。

Cultural creative industry is a new way of thinking, which has undergone the cultural evolution and the accumulation of experience. Culture and industry are meant to be an unity, and they comes out to be our real life. Maintaining the local cultural features and traditional culture is becoming an effective way to create added value for local industries. Hakka culture is the reserved essence from the lives of Hakka groups and the creation of lives from them as well. “Industrial culturalization and cultural industrialization” has a great meaning on giving an impetus to Hakka culture. Taiwan government officially categorizes the "Culture creative industry" into the program named "Challenges 2008: National Priority Development" in the year of 2002. The value of cultural products is that it inspires the consonance of symbols, hence its differentiability, creativeness, and possession of symbol knowledge has become a crucial asset of culture industry. The theme of this work stresses the semiotics of Peipu village, which is the important basis of Peipu culture creative industry. In order to have an insight of Peipu cultural assets, and an in-depth understanding of the current situation of Peipu cultural industry, related information gathering and literature review have be conducted. Moreover, further investigation is also conducted to gather reference resources for establishing Peipu culture creative industry, developing cultural features and creating visual design. This work revolves three dimensions, including administrative affairs, industrial culture and environmental culture to design a serial of visual image planning. It is expected that the planning could be applicable for Peipu and highlight the cultural features of Peipu. Furthermore, the planning could be beneficial to the local industries, spread out the “Hakka and Peipu culture” and therefore, build the positive image for attracting tourists to enjoy the culture.
