精實生產方式(Lean Production System)的目的快速地反應客戶的需求,並且在低的成本下,創造出較高的價值。生產排程(Production Scheduling)為在用時間限制下,安排工作之加工先後順序,並配置設備與人員,目的為使生產資源達到最大效用,以符合達交時間。 本研究的目的是在不違反所有限制條件的情況下,以啟發式演算法建構一「精實排程系統應用於多階段流程式生產之模式」。本模式分為四個階段,運用及時生產(Just-In-Time)中拉式系統(Pull System)概念,滿足顧客之需求,將每件工作適度地安排於各個機台上;運用資訊技術(Information Technology)提升全系統的能見度,整合物流與資訊流,確實執行生產排程,並持續追求完美。 本研究以實際導入國外某大製造廠做個案驗證,並確實幫助公司達成準時達交率提升與人均產值提高等指標,可知本模式確實有其可行性。
The purpose of the “Lean Production System” is to create higher value and use less cost while providing customers speedily what they want. “Production Scheduling” is determining the sequence of orders within the available time and allocating equipments and personnel. The purpose of scheduling is to meet delivery dates and to make the best use of manufacturing resource. This research’s objective is using heuristic algorithm to construct a “Lean Scheduling System for Flow Shop with Multiple Processes” without contravening all constraint. This model is separated into 4 stages. Utilizing the concept of “Pull System” about “Just-In-Time” to satisfy customer’s requirement and moderately arrange all jobs in each machine. “Information Technology” provide systemwide visibility, integrating material flow and informational flow to really execute “Production Scheduling” and then to pursue perfection. This research model is verified by installing to a foreign manufacturing company. By this model, the on-time delivery and productivity per manpower of key performance indicators are increased and sufficient to demonstrate the practicability.
