摘要

多數導入豐田模式來增進組織效能的產業中，以製造業與部份服務業為主，過去尚未有應用豐田模式於農企業相關之研究。本研究探討導入豐田模式之平準化與後拉式生產方法於研究個案的蝴蝶蘭銷售，透過觀察法記錄顧客消費情形，運用價值溪流分析產品生產流程，期使能提升研究個案內部生產作業與管理之效率。
本研究結果發現以研究個案為例現狀有較多的產品庫存，而透過本研究提出的庫存補充方法，能使業者更準確的計算內部合適的庫存數，避免過多生產的浪費，對顧客而言，有合適的產品庫存數提供購買，亦能在現有人力資源下更快的接受服務。

Most of the industries which introduce the Toyota Production System to improve their organization effectively and efficiently belong to manufacturing. However, the TPS has not been applied in agribusiness management yet. This paper is to apply pull system and Leveling, tools of TPS, in Orchid circulates by case study. We recorded current product production processes and customer behavior through observation and value stream method. We anticipate to improving the efficiency of production and managerial operations in this case.
According to our observation, there are too many stocks in this case, and we proposed a method of stock supplement to solve this problem. This method could calculate exactly number of the stock and prevent excess production. To the consumers, they can obtain better service when stores provide sufficient products.
