摘要


本論文主要是利用乳化聚合法製備聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),並在製備過程中添加三種不同性質不同比例的雲母:1.ME-100,層間帶鈉離子(Na+)的改質雲母、2.MK-100F,層間OH基被氟離子(F-)取代的改質雲母以及3.已剝離的改質雲母。利用X光繞射儀(X-RD)與穿透式電子顯微鏡(TEM)證實雲母已在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)中呈現奈米級的分散。之後將合成出來的奈米複合材以熱重分析儀(TGA)、熱傳導與微差掃瞄式熱分析儀(DSC)來評估其熱性質。以GPA測試阻氣性質,並測試耐磨耗性。實驗結果發現,經由實驗合成出來的奈米複合材料不論是在熱分解溫度、玻璃轉移溫度、阻氣性質,或是耐磨耗性均能有效被提升。

This study mainly discusses the polymethyl methacrylate/mica nanocomposites which were synthesized by emulsion polymerization. There are three different kinds of mica were added in the process: 1. ME-100, which brings sodium ion (Na+) among the mica layer. 2. MK-100F, the fluorine ion (F-) located in the mica layer and replace the hydroxyl group (OH-). 3. The natural exfoliated mica. The degree of dispersion of mica loading in the nanocomposites was demonstrated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). The thermal properties of polymer/mica nanocomposites were determined by using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Furthermore, the barrier properties and abrasion test were discussed in this study.
