摘要 本研究系基於下列目的,利用問卷調查方法,研究ISO/TS16949:2002品質系統要素對部門管理績效,是否具有效性: 一、瞭解國內已取得ISO/TS16949:2002品質管理系統之驗證企業組織現況與基本資料。 二、瞭解各企業組職取得ISO/TS16949:2002 品質管理系統之驗證前、後之品質系統之變化。 三、瞭解各企業組職取得ISO/TS16949:2002 品質管理系統在驗證後,對企業組織管理績效之影響。 由研究結果顯示: 1、 經由T檢定發現,各品質要素在取得驗證前、後所執行的狀況,均有顯著性之差異,並證明各企業組織在取得ISO/TS16949:2002品質系統驗證後,對組織的品質保證體系統推行,有顯著的提升。 2、 取得ISO/TS16949:2002品質系統驗證,對企業組織部門的管理績效,有顯著性提升效益作用。 3、 各品質要素對品質保證部門之管理績效,有顯著性之影響,但對其他各部門管理績效,則會呈現不同程度之影響。
Abstract The study is attempted to realize the effectiveness quality system elements in ISO/TS16949:2002 and management performance. According to the purpose of list below: 1. To know about the company profiles in Taiwan that these companies have gotten the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002. 2. To know the situation of quality be executed in company after they have gotten the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002. 3. To know the influence in effectiveness of management performance after they have gotten the certification of ISO/TS16949:2002. After study we have got some conclusions list below: 1. After T testing, we have it is significant upgrade to execute the quality system elements after these companies have gotten the cerification of ISO/TS16949.This means the ISO/TS16949:2000 requirement is help the company to build the quality syatem. 2. It is effectiveness to management performance after these companies have gotten the certification of ISO/TS16949:2000. 3. All of quality systems elements are improve to the management performance of Quality Assurance Division. For the other Divisions, they different quality system elements are improving to the management performance.
