對現今許多企業體而言,供應鏈中仍存在許多浪費。本研究鑒於研究與實務發展之需要,提出一「精實供應鏈改善模式」(Lean Supply Chain Management Improvement Model),提供企業在進行精實供應鏈管理時可以參考之依據。本模式分為四個階段,運用拉式系統(Pull System)概念,以顧客之需求向後拉出整體供應鍊的價值溪流。透過精實供應鏈管理不但可以減少供應鏈的浪費,降低流程中的變異,更可以縮短前置時間,將產品及服務更快速的運送給客戶,使企業體在面對客戶需求改變時能更有彈性,藉以增加企業體的競爭力。 本研究並以通訊系統產業為例,套用國外某一通訊系統供應商實際的精實供應鏈改善專案實施經驗,用以驗證本研究所整合規劃出的精實供應鏈改善模式的改善效果,證明其可行性。
Nowadays, there are still lots of waste in the supply chain from the viewpoint of the collaboration of enterprises. This research proposes a “Lean Supply Chain Management Improvement Model” based on the research gap and practical need. This model can be served as a reference framework for enterprise to implement the lean supply chain. This model can be separated into 4 stages and aims to utilize the concept of “Pull System” to pull the value chain of the whole supply chain system from the requirements of the customers. The implementation of the “Lean Supply Chain Management Improvement Model” can help the enterprise not only to reduce the waste, variation and lead time to deliver the product and service, but also to become more flexible to adapt to the change of the customer requirements and become more competitive in the market. This research takes the telecommunication industry as an example to verify the model by means of using the actual project experience in a foreign telecommunication vendor. Through this way, this model can be sufficiently demonstrated its practicability.
