摘要

精實生產方式（Lean Production System）係以及時化（Just-In-Time, JIT）以及自働化（Jidohka）兩大概念，所發展出來的合理化生產系統。流線化生產（Streamline Production）係依製程順序與產品別，連結前後製程做不間斷之連續式生產，一般視為實現精實生產方式的其中一種方法。面對市場需求快速變化、產品需求少量多樣的趨勢，本研究運用「精實生產方式」的運作概念與精神以及「流線化生產」的方法與工具，建構一「精實流線化生產」（Lean Streamline Production System，LSP）之模式。，提供一般仍屬於「非程序式批量生產型態」的傳統生產模式之產業，其欲實踐精實生產方式時，提供現場在初始階段可做為導入的步驟與方法。並經此模式實際導入國外某大公司做個案驗證後，幫助公司提升勞動生產力、縮短生產週期時間、降低在製品量等…。

“Lean Production” is a rational production system which mainly consists of the concepts of “JIT(Just-in-Time)” and “Jidohka”. “Streamline Production” is one kind of continuous production that connects previous and next processes in sequence. Generally Speaking, “Streamline Production” could be viewed as one of the tools for realizing “Lean Production System”. Nowadays ,the trend of market demand towards high-mix and low-volume, hence this research proposes the construction model of “Lean Streamline Production” It provides a set of steps and methods for front-line use at workplace when introducing. Lean production system to the industries that are based on the traditional production model of “Non-Flow Batch-and-Queue.”
Finally, one case studied in certain great foreign corporate is used to verify the proposed model. The results such as productivity improvement, production lead time reduction, and WIP reduction are successfully achieved to demonstrate the usefulness of this model in practice.
