延遲為供應鏈上實施已久的一個策略,目的在於降低需求的不確定及提升產品的客製化,其為延後供應鏈上的作業直到顧客客製化的訂單確定之後再進行,而不是按照傳統預期的作業去執行。一般在探討延遲的數學模式中,學者大多著重於探討製造延遲的部份,且對於延遲作業的生產環境並無相關的探討。本研究主要針對於供應鏈上延遲作業組合(製造、包裝及物流延遲)的執行建立供應鏈網路,利用減震點於供應鏈上的位置建構延遲作業的生產環境 (BuyTO、MTO、PTO、STO、MTS),並建立相對應的數學模式,並以筆記型電腦的作業環境為探討的實證。期許企業在本身供應鏈能力所及的情況下,選擇最適當延遲策略的組合,在供應鏈總體成本最小化的評估之下,提供企業生產決策的一個參考。
In modeling postponement, most researchers focus on the manufacturing postponement and don’t consider the production environment of the implementation for postponement; whereas this study extends it to the postponement of supply chain operations, namely,manufacturing, packaging, and logistics, we use the location of decoupling point in the supply chain to contruct the production environment for postponement. We use a notebook computer supply chain as an example to model the optimal combinations among these operations’ postponement in the different production environment. The results of this study can serve as a management tool to help determine the optimal supply chain operations for taking various postponements into consideration in the different production environment.
