利用高溫裂解氣相層析質譜儀進行鞋底橡膠材料分析

摘要


製鞋產業需具有能力製造出各種不同使用功能之鞋品,以滿足所有顧客的需求。能適當的選用不同功能的鞋底材料是製鞋業者製造鞋品之重點。研發優良的鞋底材料是鞋類製造廠商之研發人員重要的工作項目之一。目前市場上大部分的鞋底材料都是以不同橡膠摻合各式添加劑為主。加入橡膠中之添加劑的物質,可以顯現鞋底材料在實用上之不同的功能。為了了解各種鞋底材料的組成,本論文以熱效應氣相分析儀(EGA)及高溫裂解氣相層析質譜儀(PY-GC/MASS)發展一快速及簡單之方法分析各種鞋底材料,包含橡膠及其使用之添加劑。本文使用此方法共分析5 種不同的鞋材,含不同的橡膠及添加劑。

The shoe manufacturer must have an ability to make all kind of shoe products with different functions to satisfy the customer needs. Using a suitable shoe soles material is one of the key points for shoe factory. Developing the key technology to produce the better materials for shoe soles is an important issue for the researchers of the shoe industrials. Most of the shoe soles for the commercial shoe products are made from blended rubbers with different kind of additives. The practical function of the shoe soles material can be varied from the additives blending in the rubbers. In order to understand the variety products of shoe soles, this study is intended to develop a simple and rapid analytical method to analysis the composition of the shoe soles materials using a multifunctional pyrolyzer for evolved gas analysis equipped with gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (EVA-PY-GC/MASS. Using this developed method, five type of shoe soles with different rubbers and additives were analyzed.
