網路化與客製化之模具工程圖引導系統暨一維公差分析�設計

摘要


鑒於市場的激烈競爭、3C產品生命週期日漸縮短,設計與開發的時間將會是分秒必爭;如何能夠快速且更有效率的開發產品,已成為各個企業都想達成的目標。隨著電腦繪圖技術發展的成熟,許多公司企業都已使用電腦輔助設計(Computer-Aided Design, CAD)軟體來進行產品模型開發與設計;因此,擁有一套能夠結合CAD軟體,並且融合企業知識經驗所規劃出引導設計流程的系統,將幫助企業快速培育人才,縮短開發產品所需要的時間,提升企業競爭力。 本研究利用CAD軟體Pro/E Wildfire內嵌支援瀏覽器視窗的功能,及其二次開發程式Pro/Web.Link來開發網路化與客製化之模具工程圖引導系統及一維公差設計引導系統;在系統與CAD軟體的整合下,工程師可透過引導系統的介面進行操作,及標準化流程步驟來逐一完成工作,提升產品開發的速度。模具工程圖引導系統是由企業知識經驗制定出工程圖繪製的標準化流程,並且整合CAD的繪圖功能,幫助製圖人員正確且更有效率地完成工程圖繪製,對於整個模具開發過程繪製工程圖的總時間將可縮減達40%以上;公差設計引導部分則能夠協助設計人員進行公差分析與設計,以及自動產生報表,在操作過程的按鍵點擊次數上可減少60%以上,大幅縮短公差設計過程所花費的時間。

With the strong competition of the market, the life cycle of 3C products is shortened day by day. Every minute and second is seized for development and designing. To develop products efficiently is the goal which every enterprise wants to accomplish. With the rapid growth of the computer graphic technology, most enterprises use CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to develop and design the model of the products. Therefore, a system, that is integrated with the CAD software and is integrated with the designing procedure by the knowledge experience of enterprises, helps enterprises to train beginners in shorter time and speed up the product development process. It increases the competitiveness of the enterprise. This study utilizes the CAD tool (Pro/E Wildfire) that has the network browser and the secondary development program (Pro/Web.Link) to develop a web-based and customizable mold-drawing navigating system with 1D tolerance analysis and design. This system which can be integrated with the CAD software helps the engineer to finish the work through the standardized steps and the interface of navigating system, and improves the speed of product development. The mold-drawing navigating system has not only the standardized steps of the drawing that be integrated with the knowledge experience of enterprises but also the drawing functions integrated with the CAD software. It helps drawer to finish the mold-drawings correctly and efficiently, and save more than 40% of all time during the drawing of the whole mold development. The tolerance design helps the designer to design and analyze tolerance, and produce the report automatically. This system saves more than 60% of the entire time of clicking buttons. It saves time of the process of tolerance design substantially.
