共同抬舉的人數與抬舉高度對於抬舉之研究

摘要


在人工物料搬運的過程中,抬舉與卸下是常見的搬運過程中會發生的動作。然而在搬運的時候,由於物件的體積太大或是重量太重,所以需要更多人共同進行搬運作業才能完成。當今國內對於多人共同搬運方面的研究較為缺乏,為此,本研究的目的是為了探討不同的搬運人數和不同的搬運起始高度以及不同的搬運動作對於受試者心理感受與生理肌電訊號變化的影響,本次的實驗設計主要運用兩種量化方法,分別是知覺費力評量與最大自主收縮百分比。一共徵募了12位男性受試者參與實驗,同時,受試者的身高和體重有符合相關文獻的規定。本研究模擬國內某家科技廠中的工作站的多人搬運作業的方式進行模擬實驗。將90公斤重的模擬箱從地板開始搬到75公分高的桌子上。 研究的主要發現為:(1)不同的搬運人數對於受試者的心理感受以及生理肌肉負荷皆有顯著差異,在心理量化的結果顯示,四人共同搬運會比雙人搬運輕鬆20.49%,而從生理肌肉負荷的結果顯示,四人搬運會比雙人搬運輕鬆41.19%;(2)不同的搬運高度對於受試者下肢部位的心理感受與肌肉負荷有顯著差異,在心理量化的結果顯示,從膝蓋高開始進行搬運會比從地板高搬運輕鬆11.16%,而從生理肌肉負荷的結果顯示,膝蓋高會比地板高輕鬆27.29%;(3)抬舉和卸下動作的不同對於心理感受與肌肉負荷皆沒有顯著的差異;(4)搬運高度和搬運動作對於胸最長肌的肌肉負荷有交互作用。

In the process of manual handling of materials, the lifting and lowering are common during handling of operation. However, since the volume of items needed for handing objects too large or too heavy, so we need more people to be together in order to assist in the completion of the transport operation. Modernly, the domestic aspect of the research jointly carry people still relatively scarce, for the purpose of this study was to investigate the number of different handling and transport of different starting height and different actions on the subject of handling feeling and physiological psychology EMG signal change. The experimental design using quantitative methods to effortlessly evaluate intuition, including rating of perceived and percentage of Maximal Volitional Contraction. This study recruited a total of 12 male subjects to participate in this experiment. Meanwhile, height and weight of the subject are in line with the provisions of the relevant literature. We simulated the people handing practices of domestic technology plant in a home workstation to carry out this simulation job. 90 kilograms of simulated box from the floor began moving to the 75cm high desktop. The study found that: (1)The number of different handling of the subject of physiological feelings and physiological muscular load will have a significant different in the results from physiological quantitative shows: Four people together to carry will be more easier 20.49 percent than two peoples. From the results show in physiological muscular load: Four transport will be easier 41.19 percent than two handling. (2)Different transport height will have a significant difference to the subject of psychological feeling lower limbs and muscle load. From the physiological quantifiable results shows: Star moving from knee height will be more easier 11.16 percent than began moving from the height of the height of the floor, while the results from physiological muscle load display, star moving from knee height will be more easier 27.29 percent than began moving from the height of the floor. (3)Different lifting and unloading operation was no significant difference in effort on subjects physiological feeling and muscle load. (4)Transport height and transport operation for Longissimus thoracis muscular load interacted with.
