隨著資訊和通訊技術進步的影響,消費者對於日常生活中的智慧化產品抱持著高度的期待。另一方面,受到環保意識的抬頭,越來越多消費者會考量產品的生產和使用對環境造成的影響。但往往業者無法同時滿足綠色與智慧設計,使得業者不斷在綠色和智慧化產品設計的領域中尋求創新方法。 為了解決此問題,本研究將以生態化設計為概念,提出一套方法,整理出產品智慧化特徵值,結合TRIZ工具,並考量使用情境下,建立一套設計綠色智慧產品的流程。先考量每項產品的使用情境來探討客戶需求和使用問題,接著透過智慧特徵值、TRIZ工具與非綠色現象等方法,探討使用需求和使用問題,並找出綠色智慧方案,最後將可行解進行分類,整合不同的綠色智慧產品設計方案。為了闡述與驗證本研究之方法,以設計綠色智慧冰箱和洗衣機做為案例討論。
Advances in information and communication technologies influence user expectations of products. It is becoming normal for users to expect a certain level of smartness from products they use daily. On the other hand, the growing consumer awareness on the environmental impact of production and use is pulling consumers expectations in another direction. These expectations result in industries seeking ways of innovation in the green and smart product design fields. But often companies focus on one over the other. In an effort to resolve the problem this study proposes a framework that combines eco-design concepts, smart product characteristics and TRIZ to design eco-smart products with the consideration of scenarios. Consumer needs and usage problems are explored in each product usage scenario for solutions implementation. Smart products characteristics, TRIZ and non-green phenomena method are used in the exploration of the needs and usage problems to find eco-smart solutions. Finally, feasible solutions are classified and integrated into different eco-smart design options. For demonstration purposes, we applied our framework in the development of eco-smart refrigerator and washing machine designs.
