藍光裝置對視覺疲勞改善之研究

摘要


歸功於科技的迅速發展,無論是工作上、課業上甚至是休閒娛樂都利用跨世代的發明使我們生活便利性得到提升,但人們的雙眼時常暴露在電子設備的螢幕下,電子螢幕所散發光譜中,藍光屬高頻光線,除容易引起是疲勞外更有危害眼睛健康的風險。作業系統中的「夜間光線」使螢幕減少發射出來的藍光量,達到減緩視覺疲勞的效用。藍光過濾眼鏡則是將原本直接射入眼睛的光線進行過濾,阻擋大部分的藍光達到減輕視覺疲勞的功效。 本研究以遊戲模擬長時間的視覺作業,比較藍光過濾眼鏡及夜間模式何者對視覺疲勞的減輕更有幫助,並了解在不同的色彩介面下有無差異。實驗共招募20位自願的受測人員,男女各半,透過量測受試者在作業前後的閃光融合閾值作為視覺疲勞的判斷依據,同時在每次視覺作業後請受試者填寫主觀問卷評量,了解主觀視覺之情形。所獲取之數據經整理後始統計軟體進行ANOVA分析取得結果,了解受測者在使用了藍光減緩措施後是否能夠有效減輕視覺疲勞。 最終結果顯示藍光過濾眼鏡在視覺疲勞的改善成效明顯優於夜間模式,而在色彩介面間差異並不顯著,但普遍在黑白畫面中視覺疲勞的負擔較低。建議使用者在進行長時間視覺作業時,應配戴藍光過濾眼鏡保護眼睛。

Thanks to the rapid development of technology, we can improve the convenience of life in work, study, and even entertainment through cross-generation inventions. The "night light" in the operating system can reduce the blue light emitted from the screen to achieve the effect of reducing visual fatigue. Blue light filtering glasses directly filter the light entering the eyes, blocking most of the blue light to achieve the effect of reducing visual fatigue. In this study, we used a game to simulate prolonged visual operation to compare whether blue light filtering glasses and night mode were more helpful in reducing visual fatigue and to see if there were differences under different color interfaces. A total of 20 subjects, 50/50 male and female, were recruited to participate voluntarily in the experiment. Subjects were asked to fill out a subjective questionnaire after each visual operation to measure the flash fusion threshold before and after the operation as a basis for visual fatigue judgment, as well as to understand the subjective visual situation after each visual operation. The obtained data were collated, and then ANOVA was performed with statistical software to understand whether the subjects could effectively reduce visual fatigue after using blue light reduction measures. The final results showed that the blue light filtering glasses were significantly more effective in improving visual fatigue than the night mode, while the difference between color interfaces was not significant, but the visual fatigue burden was generally lower for black and white images. Users are recommended to wear blue light filtering glasses to protect their eyes during prolonged visual operations.
