目前世界各國主要的能源趨勢議題為節能減碳。一般而言,辦公室、生產廠房及倉庫等,為工廠本身主要之建築物。而建築物中的耗能設備除製程設備外,還包括了公用設備;公用設備包含空壓、照明、空調、通風、給水、集塵及廢水處理等,此外還可能有安裝太陽能光電等替代能源。 由於節能方案之類別很多,本研究欲探討的課題為在有限資源條件下建立工廠適當的評估準則和節能方案實施評選次序。節能措施主要包括電能管理及設備汰換,本文亦針對工廠節能措施及電能管理,進行成效分析。 基於不同產業之工廠,因產業類別的差異,對其工廠用電有其特定屬性需求的規劃方式,因此,本研究係以工廠用電較常使用的系統,包括:空調系統、照明系統、空壓系統及電梯設備,提出設施節能方法,並兼論合併太陽能發電的效益。
At present, energy conservation and carbon reduction are main energy trends in the world. Offices, production plants and warehouses are the main buildings of the factory itself. In addition to the process equipment, the energy-consuming equipment in the building also includes public equipment: air pressure, lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, water supply, dust collection and wastewater treatment, etc. In addition, alternative energy sources such as solar photovoltaics may also be installed. Since there are many types of energy-saving solutions, the topic discussed in this study is the establishment of appropriate evaluation criteria for factories and the selection order of energy-saving solutions under the condition of limited resources. Energy-saving measures mainly include power management and equipment replacement. This report also analyzes the effectiveness of factory energy-saving measures and power management solutions. Factories based on different industries, due to differences in their types, have specific requirements for their factory power consumption plannings. Therefore, this research focuses on the systems that are commonly used in factory power consumption, including: air conditioning systems, lighting systems, air pressure systems and elevator equipment. This report put forward energy-saving methods for facilities, and discusses the benefits of combined solar power generation.
