具有聚集誘導發光之以蒽為核心的化合物合成及光物理性質研究

摘要


本篇以鈀金屬化合物為催化劑,進行碳-碳鍵耦合反應,成功合出四種以蒽為核心的衍生物,得到了CYCU系列化合物。這些以蒽為核心的化合物藉由不同的取代基及取代位置,可調整分子能階及光物理性質。 CYCU系列的化合物具有良好的熱穩定性。CYCU系列化合物在溶液狀態下的吸收光譜沒有明顯的溶劑效應,此系列化合物放光位置均在約400 nm。聚集誘導發光性質測試顯示,已知化合物BTPEAn(本篇命名為CYCU-3)有良好的表現,但會在高濃度下溶解度不佳。因此我們引入第三丁基的結構在CYCU-2化合物,不同比例下的混合液測試中,隨著含水量(不良溶劑)的增加,放光強度增加,表現出優異的聚集誘導發光特性。

This thesis was used palladium compound as a catalyst to carry out carbon-carbon bond coupling reaction, and four kinds of derivatives with anthracene as the core were successfully synthesized. These anthracene-based compounds can adjust the molecular energy level and photophysical properties through different substituent groups and substitution positions. The CYCU series compounds have good thermal stability. There is no obvious solvent effect in the absorption spectra of CYCU series compounds in solution, and the emission region of this series of compounds are all around 400 nm. Moreover, aggregation induce emission property, a well-known property is different from ACQ. Most of luminophores quench its own fluorescence at high concentrations. Aggregation-induced emission property investigation showed that the known BTPEAn (CYCU-3) compound is poor solubility in high concentration, while CYCU-2 compound displayed well aggregation-induced emission properties with the increase of water fraction (poor solvent) in the mixed solution.
