環境,造成不銹鋼銷售困難,不銹鋼製造業如維持以產品成本或售價作為 競爭條件,勢必被產業所淘汰。為避免此困境,不銹鋼製造業便需擴展產 業市場至高值化產業,此擴展過程更需基於對品質之關注,朝品質控制之 精準度與穩定度提升為目標,因此可透過導入智慧化工作,使品質滿足高 值化產業需求;此外,為進一步提升產品競爭力與延長生命週期,製造業 可導入服務化,進行製造業服務化模式的轉型,於產品之售前、售中、售 後階段,關注客戶對於品質特性之訴求,並提供製造服務予客戶。 本研究針對智慧化與製造業服務化模式進行探討,智慧化部分依據李 傑教授定義之6M 構面,依此六個構面探討與品質相關的九個準則,及相 關文獻彙整出五個製造業服務化模式,透過專家進行問卷填答後,採用 DEMATEL 與修訂DANP 法分析並獲得決策關鍵要素,後續再由VIKOR 分析W 公司適合之製造業服務化模式。 研究結果顯示,透過修訂DANP 與DEMATEL 兩種分析法,「IoT 設 備建置」、「機台配方管理與智能比對」、「機台精度定位偵測能力」、「關鍵 參數與性質數據收集」與「預測預防模組建模」皆為品質智慧化轉型的關 鍵準則標準。由VIKOR 研究分析顯示,「產品功能服務」與「整合價值鏈」 為W公司適合之製造業服務化模式,藉強化內部功能服務實力,及與產業 盤商策略聯盟或自主接觸直客,延伸產業價值鏈。最後建議W 公司基於對 品質特性之要求,透過品質智慧化推動,強化品質保證與精進品質核心, 再轉型至服務化模式,提升產品生命週期。
Because of the changing of industry environment and the international competition for stainless steel industry, the fierce cost competition made the business for stainless steel is difficult to sell. If the stainless steel manufacturing industry maintains cost or se price as a competitive condition, it is bound to be eliminated by the industry. In order to avoid this situation, the stainless steel manufacturing industry needs to expand the industrial market to high-value industries. This expansion process focuses on quality and move toward the goal of improving the accuracy and stability of quality control. Therefore, make the quality meet the requirement of high-value industries through the introduction of intelligent work. Additionally, to further enhance the competitiveness and life cycle of products, the manufacturing industry introduces service-oriented, and transforms to manufacturing servitization, then pay attention to demands for quality characteristics, and provides manufacturing servitization to customers at stages of pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale. This research includes the intelligence and manufacturing servitization. It acquires 9 criteria related to quality that based on the 6M defined by Professor Li Jie for intelligence, and 5 servitization models related to literatures. After completing the questionnaire by experts, DEMATEL and DANP method are used to analyze and obtain the key factors of decision-making. Subsequently, VIKOR will analyze the suitable manufacturing servitization for W Company. The result of research by DANP and DEMATEL shows that "IoT equipment construction", "Recipe management and intelligence comparison", "Detection capability of positioning", "Data collection of key factor and property" and "Modeling of Predictive and Preventive" are key criteria of transformation for quality intelligent. According to the result by VIKOR analysis that the suitable manufacturing servitization for W company is "product function services" and "integrated value chain". The value chain of industry will be extended by strengthening internal capabilities for servitization, and strategic alliances with distributor or contact directly with end user. Based on the requirements of quality characteristics, W Company transforms to the servitization and enhances the cycle life for product through the promotion of quality intelligence, strengthen quality assurance and improve the quality core.
