定點照護裝置之專利技術分析探討 —以尿液多參數檢測系統為例

摘要


新冠疫情重挫了大部分產業的發展,卻也同時大大加速了產業數位化、遠距化的進展,其中亦包含居家定點檢測及遠距醫療服務。Point of Care Testing,簡稱POCT,又稱定點照護,為在患者旁利用便利的檢測設備進行檢測,並可於短時間內獲得檢測結果,不用將檢體送至醫療院所,因此具有快速、簡易、低成本與準確度高等特色的定點照護檢測裝置為目前發展趨勢。 本研究以尿路結石相關多參數居家檢測裝置為主題,檢索分析相關之之專利分布情形,包含件數分析、國家分析、技術分布等,藉以了解目前產業現況及擬定出未來可布局發展方向。

The COVID-19 has been impacting the development of most industries, but at the same time, it has also greatly accelerated the progress of industrial digitization and distanciation including POCT and telemedicine. Point of Care Testing, referred to as POCT, is defined as medical diagnostic testing at or near the point of care, that is, at the time and place of patient care, and to obtain test results in a short period of time without sending the specimen to a medical institution, therefore, the device with the characteristics of fast, simple, low-cost and high accuracy has become an inevitable development trend. This study focuses on the patent of multi-parameter POCT devices related to urolithiasis, including patent filing number, country names, international classification, etc., for analyses on current industrial and future developments.
