城市的發展演變,反映了不同歷史時期、不同地域文化、不同經濟社會形成的過程,因地理位置及歷史文化因素,造就了老屋成為反映歷史的產物。近年來老屋再利用活化為特色民宿的案例頗多,研究目的在找出如何利用空間形象的特色脫穎而出,成為經營成功的原因。研究採取實證案例調查,選擇建築年代超過一甲子,且具有特色之老屋民宿,就:北京未名四合院酒店、西安袁家村生活客棧、重慶寶風雅集、奈良町賓館、台南老林居、金門樓仔下等六個案例做為實證調查對象,分別從:民宿背景、建築形式、空間設計三層面,分析其空間形象構成,再就地理背景、歷史痕跡、室內空間色彩、材質、元素式樣加以探討。研究發現:成功的特色老屋民宿應具備:地域特色之展現、歷史文化之傳承、建築形式之保存、使用機能之創新,並據此提出特色老屋民宿價值檢核表。
The development of cities always reflects the historical process of various time、diverse culture and different economic society. The old buildings became historical products because of their geographical locations and cultures. Nowadays﹐there are numerous examples of reusing and revitalizing old buildings to cultural guesthouses. The purpose of this study is to explore how to take advantage of the features of space image to stand out from the crowd﹐which is the key factor to succeed. The study is carry out by case study method. The examples are the cultural guesthouses built over sixty years﹐including Old Beijing Square Hotel、Yuan Village Life Inn、Bao Feng Ya Ji in Chongqing、Guesthouse Naramachi、Rolling Inn in Tainan、B&B in Kinmen.First of all﹐we analyzed the formation of space image from the perspectives of backgrounds of guesthouses 、architectural styles and space design. Furthermore﹐we went into geographical backgrounds、history、colors、materials and styles in the interior space. In the research﹐we found that a successful cultural old building guesthouse should require:expression of regional features、culture inheritance、preservation of architectural forms and innovation in functions. At last﹐we provided the values checklist for cultural guesthouses in terms of reusing old architectures.
