液晶顯示屏塗佈技術研究

摘要在工業生產中，很多地方都需要用到點膠，用來保護產品及增加壽命和可靠度，點膠是透過自動塗佈機來進行塗佈。本論文主要針對自動塗佈機在液晶顯示幕塗佈時造成的不良情況，分析其原因並提出改善的方法。我們將不良現象彙整，並統計各種異常現象的比例。我們發現大部分的問題來自人為因素和設備問題，另外還發現塗佈路徑也是造成不良現象的因素之一。我們將可能發生的原因依據人、機、料、法四個方向作對策評估，提出改善方法並進行實驗確認。透過我們提出的方法，不僅將平均單週良率由92%提昇到99.8%，也大大降低了人員往返重工的異常工時。

Abstract In industrial production，potting is commonly used in a lot of places to protect the product and to increase its reliability and lifetime。The potting is generally coated。 through automatic dispensing machine。In this thesis，we focus on the potting of LCD display module。We analyze the causes of defective and then propose some methods to improve the quality。We found that most defective comes from the human factors and equipment problems。In addition，the potting path is also an important factor。The countermeasure is proposed and checked based on possible reasons according to four aspects - Man，machine，material，and method。The proposed methods not only improve the successful rate from 91% to 99.8%，but also greatly reduce staff rework hours。
