摘要


摘 要 關鍵詞:人機介面、監控系統、檢測及控制、自動化 工業自動化一直為產業界所致力追求,以提高生產效率並縮減人力成本。本文從實務的角度對人機介面進行研究,以人機介面為核心、週邊設備為輔助,透過人機介面進行自動化控制及增加操作的便利性,整合不同設備以組成一個工業製造流程中的一個監測與控制系統,同時為加強系統的穩定性及增加系統建構之經濟效益,本文說明人機界面實際設計上所遭遇的問題,並建立一人機界面控制系統連結使用之pro-face主控機與PLC設備。系統包含有系統監控、動態畫面顯示、歷史警報之記錄查詢、視窗化操作介面、順控板式操作系統、密碼設定、透過CF卡進行成本控管與配方設定、利用RS-485傳輸介面直接對設備進行自動化控制。透過實際系統的建置與測試,本文提供在實務應用上的參考價值。

ABSTRACT Keywords:Human-Machine Interface, Monitoring and Control System, Measure and Control, Automation To upgrade the production efficiency and reduce the costs of manpower needed, automation is the target the industry always pursues. From an aspect of practical application, this article focuses on the studies of man-machine interfaces. Based on the designs of man-machine interfaces with the assisting peripheral equipments, the automatic control is performed to facilitate the operations. By integrating different equipments to a monitoring and control system in a industrial manufacturing process, the system stability and economic benefits can thus be enhanced. The difficulties encountered in the practical designs of the man-machine interfaces are addressed in this article with a man-machine interface control system established to connect the pro-face control core and PLC equipment. The system established consists of monitoring and control, dynamic picture demonstrating, historical warning records inquiry, interfaces for Windows operation, operation system for control console, password setting, cost control and recipe tuning through CF card, equipment automatic control by RS-485 communication interface. The article offers references in practical applications by implementing the practical system and testing.
