模具設計變更之流程資訊的知識化整合與應用

摘要


設計變更在塑膠模具領域是很常見的一道程序,它與設計一樣牽涉廣泛的層面,因為模具零件多樣複雜,造成模具設計變更的管理相當不容易。此外,要如何進行模具設計變更,必須仰賴工程師的經驗來決策,每次變更對開發週期所造成的影響,也不容易事先作有效的評估;因此本研究規劃一個動態式的設計變更流程,讓工程師可以在保有標準且彈性的流程中進行設計變更,並透過流程把設計過程中的變更資訊保存下來,藉由樹狀結構呈現變更歷程,以及分析設計變更決策所帶來的效益,研究中也應用變更累積之知識,開發一自動化設計檢查功能,展示設計變更管理所帶來的附加效益,透過案例之效率比較,顯示使用設計變更引導系統,可以節省約73%之變更管理時間;另一方面,本研究應用本體論以及CAD設計參數,整合CAD模型、程式碼之邏輯運算以及人機介面,建立影響性推理模型,此推理方法在設計變更評估初期,即依照變更條件自動辨識出所需要改變設計之零件,幫助決策者規劃變更之方法與步驟,提升設計變更之正確性以及效率。

Design changes is very common in the plastic mold design process which involved kinds of consideration. Since the mold parts are numerous and complex, the management is not easy. In addition, how to make mold design changes must rely on engineers’ experience to make decisions and the impact of the development cycle of each change is not easy to make an effective assessment in advance. Therefore, this study create a dynamic design change process, so that engineers can make design changes in a standard and flexible process. At the same time, the change information in the design process will be saved and presented with the tree structure. Moreover, the system will analyze the benefits of the design change decision. This study developed a function, automatic design inspection, applied the accumulated knowledge from design change to show the additional benefits of design change management. Using the design change navigating process can shorten the time of design change management about 73%. On the other hand, this study applied Ontology and CAD design parameters, integrated CAD model, code logic operations and man-machine interface to establish the logical model. This inference method in the early stage of design changes is accordance with the conditions of change automatically identify the change of parts. This helps decision maker plan changing methods and steps, which will upgrade the correctness and efficiency of design changes.
