運用改良式綠色精實屋模型優化資源管理效能-以塑膠射出成型產業為例

摘要


隨著近年來科技產業的蓬勃發展,在全球市場高度競爭的產業環境下,如何有效地掌握資訊與運用資源、提升生產品質與效率成為企業關鍵的成功因素。然而在人類享受著科技發展的背後,出現的卻是一連串的氣候變遷問題,世界各國開始深切意識到環境保護的重要性,全球暖化與能源危機將帶給人類龐大的威脅。因此,為因應環境問題,綠色概念逐漸興起,世界各國紛紛投注心力成立了環保組織,並公布了多項的環保公約與指令,各國政府也透過法規的制訂來遏止生態繼續被破壞。   台灣為製造業出口導向國家,企業在面對這樣的環保型態之環境下,要維持與提升自身在國際市場上的競爭力,不僅要不斷降低生產成本、提升產品品質與生產效率,更需要在生產時同時考慮到對生態環境所造成的影響。故本研究重新以房屋的觀點及基礎建構原則,將精實屋模型結合綠色概念,建立改良式綠色精實屋模型,並透過此模型基礎階段的策略制訂與指標建立,來協助企業進行有效的資源利用,降低生產過程中對於環境所造成的影響,使企業能在國際市場中擁有高度競爭力。   為了驗證改良式綠色精實屋模型的可行性,本研究選定了塑膠射出成型產業個案來進行導入執行與績效評估,經過綠色精實理念、環境優化管理、綠色標準流程及節能減碳的平準化等四項基礎階段的策略執行與改善後,可提升生產效率與資源利用,廢棄物與廢料之丟棄也分別減少了41.7%與70.8%,而每單位產品之碳排放與能源使用則各下降了8.9%與11.0%,達到了高品質、低成本、短交期,及高安全性與低環境影響的系統目標。

In recent years, with the rapid development of technology industry and industrial environment with high competition of global market, how to grasp the information and use resource effectively and promote productive quality and efficiency has become the key factors in company success. However, when we are enjoying the convenient life which technology bring to us, there have been many problems of climate change. Global warming and energy crisis will bring a huge threat to humanity, so Green Concept gradually rise. Many countries have invested effort in establishing environmental organizations, publishing a number of environmental conventions and directives, and establishing regulations to curb ecology continues to be destroyed.   Taiwan is a manufacturing export-oriented country. Conpanies want to maintain and enhance their competitiveness in the environment of green patterns, not only to continue to reduce production costs, improve product quality and production efficiency, but also taking into account the impact on the ecological environment caused by the production. Therefore, this study combined with Lean Production House and Green Concept to construct Modified Green Lean House Model, according to the viewpoint and basic principles of house. Through strategic planning and the establishment of indicators of this model’s basic stages, to help companies use resource effectively and reduce environmental impact caused by production. So that conpanies can have high competitiveness in the global market.   In order to verify the feasibility of Modified Green Lean House Model, this study selected a plastic injection molding company to implement and evaluate performance. Through improvement of four basic stages, it can improve production efficiency and resource utilization, and achieve the goal of high quality, low cost, short delivery, maximum safety, and minimum environmental impact.
