以物聯網實現之影像串流監控車系統

近年來，台灣發生多起石化氣爆事件，其中高雄氣爆造成台灣有史以來最嚴重的氣爆災害事件，導致此災害發生的最主要原因為，當初排水箱管線施工有便宜行事之行為，造成管線容易生鏽破損，最後石化可燃氣體於管線中洩漏到地下水道，釀成氣爆事件的引爆火苗。本論文提出一套以物聯網三層架構為基礎，使用Raspberry Pi 3搭配NodeMCU開發版，運用Flask框架實現影像串流監控車系統，使用者藉由遠端的方式，可以從手機網頁端、電腦網頁端，透過網際網路便利的功能，即時查看影像監控，並結合感測器模組接收數據，將這些數據進一步回傳於後端的ThingSpeak雲端資料庫備份，做為數據監控分析與歷史資料的查詢依據，使用影像串流監控車系統，可以提升安全性，降低災害的發生率。

In recent years, there have been many petrochemical gas explosions in Taiwan. Kaohsiung's gas explosion has caused the most serious gas explosion event in Taiwan's history. The main cause of this disaster is the fact that the original construction of the drainage tank pipelines acted at a low cost, causing pipelines its prone to rust and damage. This paper proposed a three-tier architecture based on the IoT, using the Raspberry Pi 3 with NodeMCU development version, using the Flask framework to implement a video streaming monitoring system, users can use the remote way from the mobile web, Computer in the web side, through the convenient function of the Internet, the user can instantly view the image monitoring and receive the data in combination with the sensor module. The data can be further transmitted back to the back-end ThingSpeak cloud database backup for data monitoring analysis and historical data. Based on the query, the use of image streaming monitoring vehicle system can improve safety and reduce the incidence of disasters.
