鈣鈦礦晶體於光電二極體之應用

摘要


近幾年,鈣鈦礦材料越來越受到矚目,目前最常研究的材料有Methylammonium lead halide (MAPbX3, X=Cl, Br, and I) 等鈣鈦礦結構。鈣鈦礦受到矚目的原因是發現具有良好的光電特性、材料便宜、可以在常溫下製備,可以節省能源的損耗。本論文將製備 (Methylammonium Lead Bromide, MAPbBr3) 以及 (Methylammonium Lead acetate, MAPbI3)的高度結晶薄膜。並藉由光學顯微鏡 (Optical Microscope, OM) 觀察材料表面,以場發掃描式電子顯微鏡 (Scanning Electron Microscopy, SEM)高倍率下觀察表面細微的形貌,最後以蒸鍍方式做成元件,探針平台量測I-V圖,觀察暗電流及雷射光照射所產生的電流反應。利用I-V圖的電流變化計算缺陷密度(density of trap state, Ntrap),與文獻做的晶體做比較。

Perovskites have attracted considerable attentions in these years.Methylammonium lead halide has been used for photovoltaics because of their excellent optoelectronic properties, cheap row materials and low temperature fabrication processes. In this work, we demonstrate the realization of crystalline thin film based on CH3NH3PbI3 and CH3NH3PbBr3. The morphology of these films were inspected by an optical microscope and a scanningelectron microscope. Current-voltage curves were obtained, which were used to derive the density of trap state.
