以概念草圖為跨領域溝通媒材之應用性

跨領域合作團隊由不同專業領域之成員組成，這樣的異質性團隊有著先天性的優勢，但也必須面對術語等因素所產生的溝通問題。因此，本研究試圖以概念草圖作為溝通媒材應用於跨領域合作進行研究。本研究問題為：1. 不同設計領域使用草圖之間的差異性？2. 概念草圖應用於跨領域合作溝通過程與模式為何？為回應研究問題，本研究方法為：以案例分析不同設計領域中草圖的差異性，從中理解概念草圖在各階段中的使用目的與其特性。隨後本研究以口語分析法進行實驗，以團隊溝通模式的單向、雙向及水平溝通作為溝通面向的編碼系統，而概念草圖的編碼則是以記錄、思考、求證、最後、呈現、溝通及說明草圖作為歸納草圖類型的編碼系統，配合斷句分析理解跨領域團隊使用草圖溝通的模式。經研究結果發現下列三個現象：1. 專業性質上的差異會影響團隊的溝通頻率。專業性質越相近的團隊，需要溝通的頻率越少；而專業性質差異大的團隊，需要溝通的頻率也相對越多。2. 同質性團隊使用草圖的特性：同質性團隊在設計過程中，與其用於溝通，概念草圖更常被同質性團隊成員應用於自我思考的過程。3. 跨領域團隊使用草圖的階段差異：同質性與異質性團隊在設計過程中使用草圖的模式，在不同階段及目的有程序上的差異，進而影響團隊的討論效率。

Professionals from different domains form up an interdisciplinary team, having more advantages than a homogeneity team within professional collaborations. The following research problem of this study is 1. The difference between the usages of conceptual sketches from different design fields? 2. What is the communication mode of an interdisciplinary team applying conceptual sketches as a medium? In response to the research problem, to understand the difference of conceptual sketches from multiple design fields, the research methods start with case studies. Subsequently, conduct experiments and gathering the sample data to analyze with protocol analysis. The results indicated three phenomena, 1. The difference between the professional domains will influence the frequency of team communication. 2. Conceptual sketches features of homogeneity teams, they usually use conceptual sketches for design thinking instead of communicating, unless there are an abstract concept or precise design forms to be indicated. 3. The phase’s variance of interdisciplinary teams while using conceptual sketches, which will affect the interdisciplinary team communication effectiveness.
