本研究探討家長式領導對部屬工作績效之關係,並以主管信任為調節變數。世界各國優秀的領導者,他們的領導行為能力並不是與生俱來的,亦難以一蹴可幾,是需要多年累積成果,因此,身為領導幹部要如何恰如其分的對應與展現其領導統御的藝術,來贏得部屬的敬重,是本研究的重點。 優秀的領導者並不會單獨展現出單一特性的領導行為,尤其是在國軍嚴密的組織中,然而威權領導是在國軍組織中最常見的領導風格,往往是一位領導者會同時具有多種領導的風格且會針對不同的部屬展現不同的領導行為,來增進部屬任務績效。因此,對不同部屬展現不同的領導行為是否會產生不同的影響效果?難道威權領導呈現的結果只有負向且無效的效果嗎?還是需要主管信任來調節長官與部屬的關係?這些都是本研究主要的研究問題。 本研究針對北部國軍後勤單位190軍職主管及380部屬為研究對象,以隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查。以SPSS統計軟體進行相關分析及迴歸分析等。分析後獲得結論如下:1、家長式領導對部屬工作績效有正向影響。2、主管信任對家長式領導與部屬工作績效具有調節效果。 關鍵字:家長式領導、部屬工作績效、主管信任
This study explores the relationship between paternalistic leadership and subordinates' job performance, and regulates variables with supervisory trust. Leaders' leadership behavior is not a gift, it is difficult to get a glimpse of it, but it is a cumulative result for many years. Therefore, as a leading cadre, how to properly correspond to and show the art of leadership and leadership, to win the respect of the subordinates, is the study of this Focus. Leaders do not individually show leadership behavior of a single character, especially in the national army organization, while authoritarian leadership is the most common leadership style in the national army organization, often a leader with multiple leadership styles and will target Different subordinates show different leadership behaviors. Therefore, will different leadership behaviors of different subordinates have different effects? Is the result of authoritarian leadership only negative? Or do you need supervisory authority to regulate the relationship between the chief and the subordinates? These are the main research questions in this study. In this study, 190 military officers and 380 genres of the logistics units of the Northern National Army were selected as research objects, and questionnaires were conducted by random sampling. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS statistical software. After the analysis, the results are as follows: 1. Parental leadership has a positive impact on the performance of the subordinates. 2. Supervisor trust has a regulating effect on parental leadership and subordinate job performance.
