臺灣人才問題探討——以軟體產業爲例

摘要


本研究背景以台灣軟體產業作爲出發點,從中探討台灣軟體工程師。本研究目的在於探討薪資是否仍然是臺灣軟體產業人才外流引起的主要問題?(流失問題的傷害);台灣軟體產業管理階層的僵化現象問題?(企業文化之風險成本);針對人才流失有什麼預防與解決的方法?(預防與解決)。研究將環繞教育、文化、現況、價值觀等多方面,以探討軟體產業中的軟體工程師相關的問題。研究方法選用質性分析中的内容分析方法進行研究的探討的方式進行研究。本研究發現軟體人才流失主要的問題出自於薪資、教育環境、產業、社會思想、企業文化、社會思想、各類價值觀方面的影響。研究結果為因該研究領域尚未成熟,研究資料屬於隱諱機密,業界不便公開,且現今可參考的論文文獻資稀少料不足以滿足本研究需求,以至於本研究論文文獻除了學術論文之外,還採用了大量的新聞報導、期刊、周刊、雜誌以及網絡資訊内容來輔助。研究結果發現台灣的人才還是需要透過教育讓我們未來的科技人才獲得更多的想象力與創造力,讓台灣軟體產業發展以及人才發揮能夠有更好的前景。 關鍵字:軟體產業、軟體工程師、人才流失

The research background takes Taiwan's software industry as a starting point, and discusses Taiwan's software engineers from it. The purpose of this study is to explore whether salary is still the main problem caused by the brain drain of Taiwan's software industry? (The damage of the drain problem); the rigidity of the management class of Taiwan's software industry? (Risk cost of corporate culture); What are the methods to prevent and solve brain drain? (Prevention and resolution). The research will focus on education, culture, current situation, values, and other aspects to explore issues related to software engineers in the software industry. The research method uses the content analysis method in the qualitative analysis to carry out the research. This study found that the main problems of software brain drain come from the influence of salary, educational environment, industry, social thinking, corporate culture, social thinking, and various values. The result of the research is that the research field is immature, the research materials are taboo and confidential, and it is inconvenient for the industry to disclose them, and the literature materials that can be referred to today are scarce and insufficient to meet the needs of this research, so that in addition to academic papers, the literature of this research paper also includes A large number of news reports, periodicals, weekly magazines, magazines and network information content are used to assist. The results of the study found that Taiwan's talents still need education to enable our future scientific and technological talents to acquire more imagination and creativity, so that the development of Taiwan's software industry and the development of talents can have better prospects.
