企業運用應用程式虛擬化之研究

摘要

近兩年來，虛擬化的技術從伺服器延伸到桌上型電腦，Gartner的研究報告顯示，應用程式虛擬化的技術在未來兩年的桌上型電腦相關技術發展，對企業內的應用是一項重要之技術。
這篇研究從企業導入創新科技的三個構面－技術構面、組織構面跟環境構面來了解企業如何評估應用程式虛擬化這項創新技術的導入因素；從Gartner桌上型電腦管理跟企業的軟體管理來了解企業的桌上型電腦跟軟體的管理需求，加上企業對資訊科技基礎架構庫(ITIL)的導入跟引用情形來了解應用程式虛擬化對於企業的IT管理準則的關係；另外透過Gartner桌上型電腦管理跟應用程式虛擬化所要解決的軟體問題，實際了解企業導入的情形，做為未導入之企業未來的參考。
透過問卷、實際訪談跟實地驗證的方式，了解企業評估應用程式虛擬化這項創新科技的導入因素，推導出相關命題，並提供未來學術研究的參考方向，以及尚未導入應用程式虛擬化之企業未來評估之參考。

Virtualization technology is start from Server and extend to Desktop now during the past two years. Gartner’s research report show the Application Virtualization will be the key technology in the Enterprise for Desktop Computer’s related technology in the next two years.
In this research report that we through three kind of dimensions include – Technical dimension、Organization dimension and Environment dimension to understand how Enterprise evaluate the adoption factors for the new technology - Application Virtualization. From the Gartner’s Desktop Management and Enterprise Software Management to get the needs for the Enterprise desktop and software management. Plus the implementation and adoption of the ITIL standard to understand the relationship between the IT management policy and Application Virtualization. In order to provide the direction to the Enterprise that we through the on-site visit and real implementation base on Gartner’s Desktop Management and Application Virtualization.
Deduce the relate topic through the questionnaires、on-site visit and validate the real implementation for the factors that Enterprise adopt the new technology – Application Virtualization. Provide the direction for the academic research and the enterprise whom not yet to adopt Application Virtualization.
