以應用程式虛擬化技術達成企業軟體版權管理之研究

摘要

電腦的使用已成為企業運作的一部分，而電腦主要是藉由執行各式軟體來完成工作。如何在合法且經濟的前提下，管理企業內各式各樣軟體的版權已成為企業相當頭痛的問題。現有解決方案主要是以精確統計軟體安裝數量作為訴求，對企業經營者而言，這樣只是消極的統計數量再作大筆的版權支出，無法滿足將資源發揮至最大使用效益。因為一些特殊軟體的使用時間並不像作業系統這一類軟體來的那麼長，但在版權支付上卻必須支付百分之百的費用，對企業的營運成本造成極大的負擔。近年來雖然有不少的免費軟體可以提供一些與商用軟體類似的功能，但礙於軟體間相容性及使用者轉換軟體之教育成本，真正在企業被大量使用的仍為少數。本研究發現，利用近年來愈來愈熱門的虛擬化技術，尤其是應用程式的虛擬化，可以讓單機版軟體達成如同網路版軟體的使用效益，同時讓企業藉由軟體實際使用狀況來精確掌握使用者的動態需求，避免訂購過多的軟體版權數量，讓企業在微利時代降低企業營運成本。本研究將針對應用程式虛擬化技術用於軟體版權管理的相關議題進行整理分析，同時介紹一個雛形系統來驗證此技術可行，並對相關的系統效能進行分析說明。

The use of computers has become part of the operation of enterprises, and the computer is mainly by the implementation of various types of software to complete its work. How in the economic and legal under the premise of enterprise management software within a wide range of copyright has become a headache for businesses. Existing solutions mainly in the number of accurate statistical software installation as demand for enterprise operators, this is only the number of negative statistics for further substantial expenditure of the copyright, can not meet the resources to the greatest efficiency in the use of play. Because of some special software is not like the use of time this type of operating system software to the so long, but he has to pay the copyright must pay 100 percent of the costs, the operating costs of enterprises a great burden. In recent years although there are a lot of free software can provide some commercial software with similar features, but because of software compatibility between users and software conversion costs of education, truly large-scale use of the enterprises were still the minority. This study found that more and more popular in recent years the use of virtualization technology, in particular the application of virtual and can reach a stand-alone software as the Internet version of efficiency in the use of software, and software to enterprises through the use of the actual situation of Accurate grasp the dynamic needs of users and avoid ordering excessive number of software copyright, so that enterprises in the era of meager profit enterprises to reduce operating costs. This study will address the application of virtual rights management technology for software related issues and analyzed, and introduced a prototype system to verify the technical feasibility and related system performance analysis note.
