活動網站在活動行銷中扮演角色之研究

摘要


由於各級政府在推行觀光節慶活動的行銷上,大部分仍習慣以購買傳統媒體的播出時段、刊登板面等為主要的行銷手段,然而傳統媒體的行銷方式,常因礙於活動經費的分配,無法針對活動舉辦期間作長期且密集性的宣傳,僅能片段的告知閱聽大眾關於活動的某一小段訊息。 因此,透過建置活動主題網的方式,民眾可先由傳統媒體獲知活動的訊息,然後使用活動專屬網站來了解整體活動詳實的資訊,進而規畫適切的行程。且活動網站比傳統媒體擁有更長的生命週期及即時性,網站內容可隨時依據活動最新的訊息及動態作即時更新,並達到宣傳的效果。 夲研究藉由參與活動實際的觀察,透過網站流量分析工具Google Analytic來觀察整合媒體的行銷對不同型式活動的網站流量的影響,並透過活動現場的問卷調查來印證活動網站吸引哪些族群及為何吸引這些族群。由此了解,活動網站在活動行銷內所扮演的角色為何。 本研究結果得出下列結論: 1.傳統的媒體的行銷效果確實能從網站流量上表現出來 2.不同的活動性質會吸引不同的族群,藉由了解影響人們做決策的因素,可以設計出更能發揮媒體效果的活動網站。

Governments at all levels are used to purchase the broadcast time or advertisement layout from traditional media as their main marketing means for promoting tourism events or activities. However, those traditional marketing means by using traditional media are restricted or suffered from the distribution of funds. During the events or activities, the long-term and intensive publicity can not be well executed. Only some short information about the events or activities can be noticed to general public or audiences. Therefore, the establishment of theme websites for events is to provide the entire and detailed information about the events for general public after receiving the event messages from traditional media. Thus people can plan the relevant schedule. The dedicated websites for events have longer promotional lifecycle and immediacy than traditional media. In addition, the latest information of the events can be updates instantly at the websites for propaganda effects. This research is to define the marketing role of dedicated websites in events and activities by participating the events and activities with close observation, using the web traffic analysis tool“Google Analytic” to observe how the marketing means of integrated media affects the web traffic of diverse events or activities, and the on-site survey from the events to prove how and why the websites interest the online users and community. The conclusions of this research are, 1.The marketing outcome of traditional media can manifest from the web traffic. 2.Diverse characters of events or activities attract diverse communities. Understanding the factors of people’s decision-making, the event websites can be designed with better promotional effects.
