應用六標準差設計於雙層微型通道散熱器參數設計之研究

摘要


本研究試圖詳細定義應用六標準差設計(DFSS),以設計、開發和預測具有短產品設計時程週期、成本降低、及品質與可靠性更優越的產品。透過採用實驗和分析工作,DMADV框架充分創造了逐步的指導原則,以支持產品的設計與開發流程。 本研究亦介紹了一案例研究,以演示如何使用DMADV框架來優化微通道散熱器性能。通過在DMADV框架過程中使用流體力學計算軟體(ANSYS Fluent)及田口方法,對具有矩形通道的微通道散熱器進行了建模。研究了微通道散熱器的最佳設計參數,以預測微通道散熱器的最小熱阻。結果表明,與最初的MCHS模型設計相比,微通道散熱器的熱阻藉由減少43.58%顯著變好,與先前的研究相比,減少了8.3%。

This study is attempt to define the Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) in detail to design, develop and predict a better product with short product design lead-time, cost reduction, and quality and reliability enhancement. DMADV framework which adequately creates a step-by-step guideline with the adoption of the experimental and analytical works is obtained to support the product design and development process. This study also presents a case study to demonstrate how the DMADV framework is used to optimize the Micro-Channel Heat Sink performance. By using the Computational Fluid Dynamics software (ANSYS Fluent) and the Taguchi method in DMADV framework process, the Micro-Channel Heat Sink with a rectangular channel has been modeled. The best design parameters for the Micro-Channel Heat Sink were investigated to predict the minimum thermal resistance of the Micro-Channel Heat Sink. The results show that the thermal resistance of the Micro-Channel Heat Sink was significantly better by reducing 43.58% to compare to the initial MCHS model design, and 8.3% to compare to previous researches.
