摘要


本研究將身體認證中的四個管理體系(例如產品認證,質量管理體系認證,環境管理體系認證和食品安全管理體系認證)整合為一個概念模型(集成管理體系)。 我們在印度尼西亞的一個認證機構,即工業部工業認證研究所中實施了該方法,並使用BPMN創建了新的模型實施和業務流程模型。 概念模型和實施模型得到了很好的驗證和驗證,其結果要優於單獨的管理系統和當前的管理系統

This study integrated four management systems in the body certification, such as Product certification, Quality Management System certification, Environmental Management System certification, and Food Safety Management System certification to be one conceptual model (Integrated Management System). We implemented it in one of the certification bodies in Indonesia, the Institute for Industrial Certification, Ministry of Industry, and created a new model implementation and business process model using BPMN. The conceptual model and the implementation model are well verified and validated where the results are better than the separate management system and current management system
