以區間第二型模糊為基礎之STATCOM應用配電系統電壓控制

摘要


當電力系統遇到嚴重擾動,如系統投入大量負載時,發生系統之供需不平衡,或是在系統中有再生能源時,再生能源較容易造成系統電力品質不良。本論文針對大型輸電系統,設計比例-積分-微分控制器(PID)、模糊控制器以及區間第二型模糊控制器應用在靜態同步補償器(STATCOM)中,藉以提升系統之穩定性。 本文使用NEPLAN V5.5.1模擬軟體建立輸電系統,探討其電力潮流分析,並模擬系統投入負載之暫態穩定度分析。利用PID、模糊以及區間第二型模糊控制器,找出最適合系統的STATCOM控制方法,並針對不同投入負載量以及再生能源日照度變化進行討論,並證明以區間第二型模糊控制器應用STATCOM中之優勢。

When the power system encounters a serious disturbance, e.g., an increase of large load, the system supply and demand become unbalanced suddenly. Furthermore, when renewable energies penetrate in the power system, the power quality of the system becomes poor easily. This thesis focuses a design of PID, fuzzy controller and interval type II fuzzy controller in a STATCOM, in order to enhance the stability of the transmission system. This thesis uses the NEPLAN V5.5.1 software package to model the transmission system. The power flow analysis and transient stability were analyzed using this software. The proposed interval type II fuzzy controller is implemented for the STATCOM control, considering different loads and renewable energies varying caused by the sunshine fluctuations. The simulation results show that the interval type II fuzzy controller applied to the STATCOM is applicable.
