光學同調斷層攝影術之原理以及色散現象之探討

摘要


在本研究中,我們會從基本的電磁學理論出發,並且使用平面波推導出光強度的函數。運用此函數來討論各種不同光譜性質的光源在干涉儀產生的干涉訊號,以及這些干涉訊號被光偵測器接收後會以何種形式呈現,並藉由歸納法來討論這些結果。接著會詳細地敘述光學同調斷層攝影術的原理,並且說明時域、頻域訊號兩者之間的關係。最後會加入並探討色散現象對於光學同調斷層攝影術的干涉訊號的影響。

In this study, we derive function of intensity with plane wave that is based on the basic electromagnetic theory. Using this function to discuss the light source with different spectral characteristics in the interference signal generated by the interferometer and how these interference signals will display when it is received by a photodetector. The results were discussed with inductive reasoning. We describe the principle of optical coherent tomography in detail, and illustrated the relation between signals of time domain and frequency domain. Finally, we investigated the influence of the dispersion effect on interference signals of optical coherence tomography.
