產業文化資產再利用商業模式的經營探討—以台北華山1914文化創意園區為例

摘要


台灣的閒置空間再利用發展多年來,無論是歷史空間再利用或是各式的文創園區,不難發現其商業化的比例極高,並且總是有同質性的空間利用模式不斷得出現,使的空間的文化差異性縮小,區域性的特色淡化。多數空間再利用因為政府及社會資源的有限,勢必要利用外包的形式,去達到空間自給自足的持續性經營策略,因此以商業空間進駐為主,以符合經營者的成本考量。 本研究主要探討議題為:「商業化使用對文化空間的影響」,選擇了台北的華山1914文化創意產業園區作為對象,去思考城市中的閒置空間,遺產要如何面對城市發展的同時,去吸引大眾對於閒置空間的關注,同時保有空間的歷史特性。 而對於商業空間出現在文化空間的疑問,主要來自於商業行為本身到底要如何與該場域的文化本質對話;其實在研究初期,利用政策及實例的研究討論會發現,在文化創意園區的整體規劃中,是無法避免部分的商業行為及文化被商業化,對於文化資產再利用的思考,就必須從原本的「為什麼一定要有商業化的空間」,變成「如何去改變商業化行為出現在文化空間的突兀感」。為了能有效的討論研究法透過文獻分析,思考閒置空間、文化資產及城市遺產的概念,分析對照台北華山1914文化創意產業園區(以係簡稱華山文創)的空間變遷與城市發展之間的關聯性,透過華山文創歷史意義的討論、文化政策對文創產業的價值,以及使用者的問卷調查,深入探討華山華山文創現象與營運理念。此外,回應國外相關案例之營運管理模式做比較回顧參考。 預期成果將呈現:1.華山文創營運現況研究及建議:討論目前現況的修正如何符合保有空間的歷史特性;2.提出文化資產再利用空間活化的操作性脈絡思考,以維護空間持續性發展與空間歷史價值保存的平衡方式。

The question of the emergence of commercial space in the cultural space mainly comes from how the business behavior itself should be in dialogue with the cultural essence of the field. In fact, in the early stage of the research, the research and discussion using policies and examples found that the whole of the cultural and creative park In planning, it is impossible to avoid part of the commercial behavior and culture being commercialized. For the reflection of cultural assets, we must change from the original "why must have commercial space" to "how to change the commercial behavior." The sense of abruptness in the cultural space." In order to effectively discuss the research method through literature analysis, consider the concept of idle space, cultural assets and urban heritage, and analyze the relationship between spatial change and urban development of Taipei Huashan 1914 Cultural and Creative Industry Park (referred to as Huashan Wenchuang). Sexuality, through the discussion of the historical significance of Huashan Wenchuang, the value of cultural policies to the cultural and creative industries, and the questionnaire survey of users, in-depth discussion of the Huashan Huachuang phenomenon and operational philosophy. In addition, in response to the operational management model of relevant foreign cases, a comparative review reference is made. The expected results will be presented as follows: 1. Research and suggestions on the current status of Huashan Wenchuang's operation: Discuss how the current revision of the current situation conforms to the historical characteristics of the reserved space; 2.
