歷史街區街道景觀之設計準則研擬-以<大稻埕歷史風貌特定專用區>為例

摘要

本研究將以街道景觀為研究基礎，建立其設計準則使台灣都市街道達到良好的街道景觀，保留台灣原有的街道特色。而本研究將台灣的街道景觀劃分為：主要街道、林蔭道、歷史街區、特殊區域，當中以台灣的歷史街區為上述分類中最需要設計準則的管制，才能使台灣的街道中保有原有的街道樣貌與舊有生活痕跡。回顧台灣歷史街區、歷史保存、歷史維護等相關研究，多以歷史建築維護與保存或古蹟保存為主，針對歷史街區內之街道景觀、街道之研究多停留在歷史建築或古蹟之正立面維護。雖然建築物為歷史街區中重要的構成元素，但歷史街區之環境加上歷史建築的存在才能讓歷史街區的保育更具意義與重要性，因此，本研究探討整體歷史街區街道景觀設計準則之制訂方法，並針對歷史街區中街道景觀之特質提出設計準則與歷史意涵要項設計規範。

研究最後發現擁有系統性的流程與區域性的制訂設計準則及設計規範，可讓地方社區團體、官方政府、設計者能快速掌握歷史街區保育的流程與方向，且有條例性及有制度的掌控歷史街區的創新，以非唐突、衝突的變更歷史街區內的物件才能使歷史街區之街道景觀得以維護，讓歷史風貌與現代生活得以平衡，並達到永續的歷史街區保育。

The purpose of this study was formulated a streetscape guideline in historic districts , the goal of this guideline was preserved the characteristics of Taiwan historic streetscape . According this study Taiwan streetscape could classify four category was main streets、green streets、historic districts、special area.

Above all , the historic districts need to draw up a streetscape design guidelines and design code , because the research review of Taiwan historic districts were focused on historic façade and historic building preserved .Even though the historic buildings was the most important elements of historic districts , but the buildings inside the historic environment , the combination of both that were more significant in conservation of historic districts.

The final results of study were that to formulated the design guidelines of historic streetscape in historic districts could maintain the texture of historic streetscape and control the change in historic districts . An organize process of design regulation could let the local community society、authorities of government and designer interflow more easily , and could achieve sustaining of historic districts.
