本研究旨在探討桃園市國民小學校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及預測情形,並探討三者因果徑路關係與集群關係。本研究採取的研究方法為問卷調查法,以桃園市國民小學教師為研究對象,分層隨機抽樣選取1035位教師,以「桃園市國民小學校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營關係問卷」為研究工具實施調查研究。問卷回收後取得937份問卷,以描述性統計、平均數分析及單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、結構方程式與集群分析法等統計方法進行資料分析。本研究結果如下: 一、 桃園市國民小學校長完全領導現況呈「高」程度、組織學習現況呈「高」程度,學校創新經營現況呈「高」程度表現。 二、 不同背景變項之校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營知覺有所不同。 三、 校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營呈現高度正相關。 四、 校長完全領導與組織學習對學校創新經營具有預測力。 五、 校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營三者之間具因果關係,組織學習對校長完全領導與學校創新經營具中介效果。 六、 桃園市各行政區國民小學在校長完全領導、組織學習與學校創新經營有群聚關係,依其表現,可將桃園市13行政區分為兩組。 最後,本研究依據上述得到的結果,提出相關建議,提供教育主管單位、學校行政單位、學校教師與後續研究者作為參考。
This study aims to explore the relationships among elementary school principals’ total leadership, organizational learning and school innovation management in Taoyuan City, to analyze the variances related to the different background variables, and to explore the relationship among the three causal pathways relationship cluster. A total of 1035 questionnaires were sent and 937 valid responses were collected. Collected data were analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, F-test, Pearson correlation and SEM. The results showed that: 1. All the degree of principals’ total leadership, organizational learning and school innovation management to those respondents are high. 2. The background variables have strong influences to the three factors. 3. There is a high correlation between every two variables of principals’ total leadership, organizational learning and school innovation management. 4. “Principals’ total leadership” and “organizational learning” are significantly predictable toward “school innovation management”. 5. “Organizational learning” is the moderate variable of “principals’ total leadership” and “school innovation management”. 6. In Taoyuan City, every district presents in different groups in this research with two variable scores. There is a cluster relationship. The thirteen districts may be better to divide into two groups. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administration, elementary school administration ,teachers and future researchers.
