The School Leadership Motivated Organizational Learning and to Enhance Organizational Creativity

摘要


本文以理論分析法,由學校領導觀點探討促動組織學習發展進而提升組織創造力之可能。研究中,首先,探討學校領導之意涵與單一領導之侷限,其次,探討組織學習之意涵與發展重要向度,並剖析其與組織創造力對於組織發展所具有的共同影響面向。再其次,經由探討結果,提出學校領導基於參與決定機制,產生領導重要影響-價值性、信任、社群歸屬感是為促動組織學習以提升組織創造力之核心要素。最後,依據研究結果提出實施策略與具體措施。

This paper use research method of theoretical analysis, the point of view of school leadership to motivate the development of organizational learning and thus enhance the creativity of the organization may be. In this paper, first, to explore the meaning of school leader ship and the limitations of single leadership, and secondly, to explore the implications and development of important dimensions of organizational learning, and analyze the organizational creativity and organizational development for the combined effect of the face with. Thirdly, to explore the results by the proposed school leadership based on participatory decision-making mechanism, resulting in significant impact on leadership-value, trust, community belonging is the core elements to motivate the organization learning to enhance organizational creativity. Finally, based on research results suggest the implementation strategy and specific measures.
