活化校園閒置空間為日照中心規劃再利用-以桃園市永安國小為例

Reusing and transforming of unused school spaces into a day care center - A case study of Yung-An Elementary School in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究將探討校園閒置空間再利用相關案例分析,藉以規劃校園閒置空間為高齡者日照中心活化再利用之可行。校園閒置空間為日照中心的再利用,不但可以使學校建築及空間獲得再新生,也可讓附近社區民眾共同參與及享用,強化公民意識與社區的意識,同時也反映出校園與社區,環境與空間之間的互動對話。 藉由校園舊建築的再利用,讓民眾能夠瞭解學校過去的歷史文化及背景,更可經由閒置空間再利用的推動,整合一些人力與資源來共同開發,不但保留了舊的文化遺跡,也保留下當地居民兒時求學的記憶與聯想。 本研究以桃園市新屋區永安國小校舍園區為例。以「活化校園閒置空間再利用」為願景,並將無障礙設計概念運用在校園環境中,以空間為基礎,依據高齡者日托長照及終身學習的意涵,結合運用政府推動老年人長照計畫,規劃設計之意象參考。以長遠對應校園永續之主體,落實閒置空間的再利用,政府無需再另增加編列預算,加蓋相關日托中心 / 安養機構等,並透過政府經費補助,輔導規劃校園閒置空間的改造,增加校園內閒置空間的再利用率,提供能源及環境教育資源,成為各縣市之改造示範意象。 對未來研究,解決對校園閒置空間運用及高齡者照顧之問題,並協助學校進行校園改造計畫,促進在地就業機會,重新思考校園再利用的定位與方向,達到政府與人民互利雙贏契機。

This research will discuss the campus idle space to use the related case analysis again, whereby unused space planning campus day care center for the elderly, feasibility activation again use. Reuse of unused space on campus for the day care center, not only can make the school buildings and space to get reborn again, nearby communities also allow people to participate in and enjoy, strengthens the citizen consciousness and community's consciousness, also reflecting the campus and the community, between environment and spatial interaction dialogue. Through the reuse of old buildings on campus, so that people can know the past history, culture, and background, taking advantage of by idle space again use impetus, conformity some manpower and the resources develop together, not only retained the old cultural vestige, also under the retention the local resident childhood studies memory and association. In this study, new housing area in Taoyuan City Yong-an small country schoolhouse Parks. To "activate unused space on campus reuse" for the vision, and will not have the barrier design concept utilization in the campus environment, based on space, elderly Day delegate based long-term care and lifelong learning meaning, combined with the use of government to promote the elderly long-term care plan, image of reference plan design. Continues forever the main body by the long-term corresponding campus, realization idle space again use, The Government may not need to increase the budgeted, day delegate construction-related centers, nursing institutions, through grants and government funds, campus planning counseling transform unused space, increase the utilization of unused space on campus again, providing energy and environmental education resources, reform demonstration counties and cities to become the standard. For future research, address the use of unused space on campus and aged care issues, and assists the school to carry on the campus transformation plan, promote local employment opportunities, ponders the campus again use the localization and the direction, government and people to achieve win-win results.
